Become a Member
So that we can properly prepare new members for our trainings at CrossFit Zug, all beginners must complete an introductory course. We focus on the most important techniques, exercises, and their applications. This is the best way to integrate new members into our training and practices, and helps to ensure high quality classes taught at a strong level.
The introductory course consists of groups made up to ten people. The cost is 90.— and can be paid with debit or post card on your first visit.
If you aren’t sure if CrossFit is right for you, you can simply join a free „Probetraining“ (trial session). These sessions run every other Saturday at both CrossFit Zug and CrossFit Luzern. The workouts for these sessions are adjusted to every fitness level.
To register for an introductory class, please follow these instructions:

Open an account in our reservation system and enter your first- and lastname under “NEU-ANMELDUNG” (new registration) and then by clicking on “WEITER” (next).
Fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*).
Read and accept the General Rules and Conditions (scroll to the bottom, click box) and click on “Konto einrichten” (register account) to open your account.
Once you have registered, choose “E-Shop” and select “Zug Foundation Class” from the drop-down menu. Follow instructions to sign up for your introductory subscription.
Now register for your introductory course. Under “Zug Classes” select a possible foundation course in the calendar (you can filter it).
The next trial sessions and foundation courses will be held on:
CrossFit Zug – 03. August 2019 – 12:00h – Trial Session
CrossFit Zug – 10. August 2019 – 12:00h – Foundation Course
CrossFit Zug – 31. August 2019 – 12:00h – Trial Session
If it’s not possible for you to attend one of the sessions above you can always book a private foundation course for just 200.-. In case that you decide in advance to start immediately with a yearly pass, we would offer you this personal foundation course for free.
